AN: I saw this prompt onhp_bunintheoven and had a fraction of a thought of using Bellatrix when she was pregnant with Delphini but nervous needed more than a few hundred words to work for me. If they seem OOC then...well I guess they do. Delphini's whole existence seems very OOC to me. The CC play seems very out there to me. So, in a way that makes the characters involved more fascinating to deal with. I'd like to think Voldemort was different with people he was closer to. We know Dumbledore was deeply flawed so it makes sense that his understanding of Voldemort could also be.
Summary: Bellatrix is chosen to give birth to her Lord's heir. It is lonely. It is wonderful. It is a new dawn.
